An investigation into a most unbirdlike bird. Thunderbirds tells the story of two gangs of ground hornbills which battle it out in a desperate, yet sometimes comical, attempt to raise a family. Comical it may look, but comical it is not. To some of the smaller creatures of the African savannah, this is the hornbill from hell. An award winner at Missoula.
